Bell Health Food is a retail store specializing in natural and organic health foods. It is owned and operated by the Mental Health Association in France. It serves as a job training site. The store serves the community through educational opportunities about mental health, nutrition and product line information. Staff works one on one with individual trainees with mental disabilities to help them gain the skills needed to meet their employment goals and return to the world of work. The trainees, after employment, could be self sufficient rather than depending on public programs and funds. Most individuals with serious mental illness have limited work experience in their adult lives. Most have to depend on government services for their existence.

Bell Health Foods carries spices,coffee and teas, soy and other natural juices or drinks, frozen meals, breads, vegetables and desserts, healthy snacks, energy bars, cereals, dried fruits and nuts, health and beauty supplies, baking products, including oils, and buffalo meat.
